  • Yes. Heat Coffee is based in Phoenix and serves corporate offices, healthcare facilities, employee events, and private celebrations across the metro, including Downtown, Midtown, and North Phoenix.

  • We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for larger events or peak seasons — reach out through our quote calculator for current availability. The spring and the fall are our busiest seasons!

  • Yes. Our trailer is approximately 9x6 feet and fits into a single standard parking spot, with a quiet generator that won't disrupt an office environment or event. We do require a level parking surface, and typically do not fit underneath standard covered parking (we're a little too tall). We do provide an overhang for shade for customers.

  • Yes. Our current event minimum is $700 which covers up to 75 drinks and 2 hours of service. If you have fewer than 75 guests, this means your guests can sample more than one drink or take an extra drink to enjoy later! Tax and setup are already included in the minimum.

  • We accept card, cash, tap-to-pay, or check. Please let us know ahead of time if you plan to pay with check.
