Refund policy

For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of food products such as coffee beans. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to us directly so we can make it right! We can accept returns of merchandise as long as it is returned in its original condition and original packaging, including tags - damaged or washed items (like clothing) will not be accepted for returns. Please reach out to us directly to initiate a return. You will need to provide a photo of the item being returned prior to return acceptance.
